The law firm of Erskine & Blackburn, LLP was founded in 2001 by two native Texans: Blake C. Erskine, Jr. and Mark B. Blackburn. Blake Erskine was educated at the University of Texas, Oklahoma City University School of Law, and the University of Texas School of Law. Mark Blackburn studied at the University of North Texas and Baylor School of Law. Both attorneys are firmly committed to protecting the legal rights of personal injury victims.
