Overhead Objects

Objects that are placed overhead pose a risk to anyone who may pass by. In stores, shelves are often several feet taller than the average person and heavy objects may be stacked precariously above. In the workplace, large objects may be stored on shelves to make space. Construction sites are full of equipment and other objects that may be used at heights above other workers, putting workers at risk if the object is in danger of falling. In airplanes, luggage and packages are stored overhead during flight if they do not fit below the seat in front of you.
