Two women were injured in a ceiling collapse at Luby's on Saturday. A section of suspended ceiling, upper ceiling and some light fixtures fell in an area where food was being served. No one was directly hit.
One worker and one patron were injured in the lunchtime collapse. They were both transported to the hospital. None of the other 37 people in the building were injured. The restaurant was closed down for the rest of the day.
