When children are involved in accidents, they incure many injuries that similar to adults' injuries. However, teating their injuries often requires a different kind of expertise and experience.
For this reason, when children are injured, adults are advised to take their children to children's hospitals. The doctors and surgeons at these hospitals often are more capable to treat small children's injuries.
In some cases, though, the need to get a child to a hospital quickly is more important than the need to take that child to a children's hospital. If this occurs, many people are advised to exercise their own judgment.

Traffic lights are vital for maintaining the steady flow of traffic. Because of the different signals sent out by traffic lights, drivers are able to coordinate driving through intersections and other areas where traffic accidents are likely to occur.
However, traffic lights are not full proof. For time to time, they can break because of electrical problems. Also, the traffic signals can be blocked by either ice or snow.
In most cases, the ice or snow will melt off the traffic lights and cause no problems. If it is cold enough, however, the lights will be blocked and could cause traffic accidents.
