Should I take my injured child to a children’s hospital?

Posted on January 28th, 2010 No Comments

When children are involved in accidents, they incure many injuries that similar to adults' injuries. However, teating their injuries often requires a different kind of expertise and experience.

For this reason, when children are injured, adults are advised to take their children to children's hospitals. The doctors and surgeons at these hospitals often are more capable to treat small children's injuries.

In some cases, though, the need to get a child to a hospital quickly is more important than the need to take that child to a children's hospital. If this occurs, many people are advised to exercise their own judgment.

If your child has been injured in an accident, contact the Austin child injury lawyers of Vic Feazell, P.C., at 877-948-4842.
