Posted on January 12th, 2010 No Comments

After an accident, most individuals will be contacted by an insurance adjuster. The adjuster will likely ask the individuals about the accident and their previous history of accidents.

These individuals, however, are typically advised not to answer the adjuster's questions unless an attorney is present. An attorney is necessary because the attorney can help serve the client's best interest.

The increased chance of accidents during the holiday season

Posted on December 2nd, 2009 No Comments

As the holiday season approaches, many drivers will be taking to the roads to visit family and friends. With more drivers on the road, there is a greater chance that more accidents will result.

This trend has occurred during most holiday seasons. In order to avoid traffics during the holiday seasons, drivers should stay off of major highways and avoid driving as much as possible on the weekends.

Also, because of the celebrations that accompany the holiday season, people tend to drink and drive more often than normal. For this reason, all drivers should be wary of this and help get cabs and other means for transportation for friends and family who are unfit to drive.

If you or anyone you know has been injured in a car accident this holiday season, contact the Austin car accident attorneys of Vic Feazell at 512-372-8100.
